Mr. Adam Shearer – Director of Finance

Mr. Adam Shearer is the Director of Finance at Torpedopot™. Over the course of his career, Mr. Shearer has gained a diverse array of functional financial management and investing experience. Before joining Torpedopot Mr. Shearer used his financial expertise to select venture capital, buyout, and private debt investments to be added to an $8 billion portfolio and actively managed relationships with a broad array of investment partners. Mr. Shearer also has experience in accounting and cash management through tracking and managed money transfers of between $1-$50 million flowing into and out of a large pension portfolio for a diverse array of complex transactions. He has also built out expertise in data analytics and process improvement in the manufacturing and biopharmaceutical spaces resulting in increased efficiencies in processes and reduced error rates. Before beginning his career, Mr. Shearer graduated sum cum laude with degrees in finance, economics, and business administration and was inducted into five honor societies.
